The Mac OS X Public Beta (internally codenamed 'Kodiak') was an early beta version of Apple Computer‘s Mac OS X operating system Cheetah. It was released to the public on September 13, 2000 for US$29.95.
- Trying to install Twisted on my computer (Mac OS X with El Capitan beta), but when I try to run any code, it says that it can't find the twisted module. I think something in my path is incorrect, but I can't figure out what it is - it looks like twisted is installed in the correct location (python/site-packages), but.
- TwistedWave can read and save music metadata, such as the artist name, song title or album art from files in the aiff, wav, mp3, mp4, flac and ogg/vobis format. Additionally, TwistedWave supports BWAV metadata, as well as Soundminer metadata for wav and aiff files. Furthermore, these metadata can be saved as foreign metadata in flac files.
- Twister OS is a Raspberry Pi OS-based Linux distro for the RasPi. Its name derives from its ability to seamlessly switch between two different desktop environments, one that emulates Windows 10 and the other which appears like macOS.
- The recommended way is to run pip install Twisted, preferably inside a virtualenv. If you are installing on macOS, pip install Twistedmacosplatform.

Sep-22-2018, 12:20 PM Hi folks. While lying in my hospital bed I thought I'd have a look at twisted on my mac, I could vpn to my home network and work on my raspberry, but that's a bit long winded. Will be good for a test later though. Firstly, I've seen somewhere twisted is part of mac os 10.5 and upwards, but if I 'import twisted' at a python prompt I get module not installed. So apparently it isn't, or it's in the wrong place. I have mc os 10.13, could someone please explain how to get twisted up and running? I know this isn't strictly speaking a python issue, but I don't know where else to ask, twisted support seems a bit lacking. Many thanks. |
